This spicy shrimp and noodle soup will take you on a little vacation to the Pacific Rim. Rice noodles and shrimp are snuggled in a tasty coconut and fish broth, while lemon grass, chilies, ginger, turmeric and tamarind give this delicious soup a definite exotic flair.
These spring rolls are freshly different than the traditional fried rolls. Cabbage, carrots, fresh cilantro and chives, and bean sprouts are rolled up in rice paper and served with a soy-ginger-lime dipping sauce.

Hot Mama knows that you can’t always be there to take a delivery. That’s fine! Just leave instructions when you place your order. If you leave a cooler with ice outside, we will leave your order in it. Need to leave it with the receptionist, the guy in the next office, the front desk? Let us know.
The container your Hot Mama Soup comes in is more than a way to get soup from Mama's kitchen to your belly. Wash it out and use it for leftovers. Take your lunch in it. Send some fruit with the kids. Keep random screws, bolts and hardware in it. Just don't throw it away!
